Defective merchandise is subject to return or compensation within 15 days: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn, poor quality materials, obvious color difference, the major difference between the photographed product and the product received.

If you had any problem after you received your item, please send an email to our customer service:email@example.com. To guarantee a fast and smooth warranty process, please send us your order number and describe the issue and provide us with pictures that display the problem.
Once we have the complaint form back or the details, we will reply you in 24 hours on working days;
Please do not make returns directly to the address on the package received. Please only send to the address that our customer service provided. Any return will be valid when it is accepted by our customer service center.
II. Return Policy
1 You can return items within 15 days after delivery. We have friendly customer service, we are always here to serve you. All you need to do is to contact us and describe the problem or the return reason along with your order number.
2 Items should not be worn out nor washed and the label should be attached.
3 We are responsible or partially responsible for all following defective items within 15 days: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn, very poor quality materials, obvious color difference, the major difference between the photographed product and the product received.
4 If the buyer has chosen the wrong size/color or does like the item (item is not faulty), we can allow return once we receive all the information in point. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred on returned merchandise.
5 Any underwear or swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged if they're tried on ever.
